BELLEVILLE, Ont. - Police wait for the arrival of Col. Russell Williams at his hearing in the first-degree murders of Jessica Lloyd and Cpl. Marie-France Comeau. 28-year-old Jessica Lloyd of Belleville disappeared in late January, and her body was discovered ten days later in Tweed, near Col. Williams' home.

My background is in anthropology, and graduate studies took me to South America to look at social change and political empowerment.
